The process
Stage 01 - Listen, we take the time to meet you. Listening to your new business venture and how best we can support and empower you. We are inquisitive and interested with lots of questions to dig deep into understanding your business. From here we write you a proposal, clearly outlining how the process will work and its costs. A document in development, ensuring you are completely satisfied and clear with the work to follow.
Stage 02 - Strategy, once agreed on the proposal, we will start a thorough immersion into your consumer and the business you are proposing, understanding and defining your business proposition. With this gathered knowledge, we like to meet with you again to have an immersion day, offering workshops to clearly define the business creative positioning and any possible naming. (All suggested names to be checked for availability)
Stage 03 - Creation, loaded with this further understanding and direction from yourself we get back to the studio and start to create what this means visually. We don’t like to spend unnecessary time (budget) making the work look fancy, rather concentrating more on the concept, keeping them creatively lose. Streamlining the process! With any exciting left field ideas confronted head on, to avoid creative tangents eating into budgets.
Stage 04- Development, we recommend taking 2 concepts forward. Taking on board your direction, we quickly start to put the concepts to the test, seeing how they come to life, in terms of colour, font; creating any assets for the brand.
Stage 05 After sharing these with you and listening to your thoughts, we go back to the studio and dig deeper into the creative process, refining and developing further, this is where we start to see the brand come to life. This stage will have phases as together we refine and craft your brand.
Stage 06 - Production, finalisation takes place with production following swiftly. Offering you assets to start using and applying to relevant platforms, all of which we can further help you with.
Founder
Our founder; Lydia Knights set up Milch London after studying graphic design at Camberwell College and Ravensbourne, where she went on to win the highly acclaimed ‘Yellow Pencil’ D&AD award.
Wanting to run an agency that had a sense of nourishment for both clients and their brands, Milch was born. Lydia has since gone on to work for most of the big London agencies working on many iconic household brand names.
With over 20 years of experience, Milch offers London agency service with an impressive network of designers, photographers and illustrators with a thorough production service to keep it real!
