Yelloyoga (Lottie Knights) joins the Nest from time to time to help us to disconnect from our busy heads and demands of the days/weeks. Hugely helpful before embarking on creative workshops; giving us freedom and a sense of calm.

Unconscious mark making

Closing your eyes, feeling your way around to create some wonderful, charming and often surprising images. These can be very revealing and releasing.

Sketch Book Workshop
